Fees: $85 + GST per hour.

What you need for each lesson
Students MUST provide a valid BC L or N Drivers Licence/Foreign driver's license before the first lesson. Students must carry their license at all times during training. Failure to present a driver's license will result in the cancellation of the lesson with no refund.

Payment
Payment should be made prior to the lesson, however in some cases no later than the end of each driving lesson or session.

Refund Policy

There will be no refund for lessons that have already taken place. If a purchased package is canceled, unused lessons will be refunded (used lessons will be charged at the regular rate and the remaining balance will be refunded). Please note, a $35 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. 

Cancellations

• 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation notices less than 48 hours are subject to a $40 fee.

• Any cancellation notices less than 24 hours from the date and time of your appointment will require the full amount of the lesson. 

• Students who do not show up for their appointment will be responsible for the full cost of the lesson.

Package Expiry

All packages and lessons must be completed within 180 days of purchase. After that time, any remaining lessons from the package will expire and become void.

Lesson Structure

Every 60 minutes of lesson time consists of 45 minutes of driving and 15 minutes of debriefing. 

Booking A Road Test
Booking an ICBC road test by Aria Driving Academy (ADA) is possible, however, the student must be in an active training program with our school. Based on ICBC regulations the student must provide his/her consent for ADA to book a road test and disclose personal information to ICBC by completing a consent form (DTC205)
Cancellation of driving lessons will result in a cancellation of any road test appointment booked by ADA
NOTE: For canceling a road test appointment made by Aria Driving Academy, we require 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give (Driving School) 72 hours' notice may result in a late cancellation fee being charged by ICBC.

 

Please Note 

Aria Driving Academy reserves the right to cancel a student's lesson plan with no refund in case any of our instructors have believed to observe abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior from the students. Furthermore, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and who fails to follow our policies will be refused service.
